I only buy a particular brand of lids, but I want to switch to Denali, can you convince me? Yes.

DO DENALI LIDS SEAL PROPERLY?

This is perhaps our most common question! Yes. Denali Lids seal great! We have done many different tests with our lids vs. the leading competitors.

After performing these rigorous test periods to see the preservation quality of each lid-type and brand, we have undoubtedly ended up proving to ourselves that our products are just as good (if not better) than the you-know-who's of the canning industry! So try some out yourself, and get canning :)

I'M HAVING TROUBLE FINDING LIDS, YOU HAVE THEM IN STOCK?

Well, thanks for stumbling upon the Denali Canning site. You've found the best place to stock up on canning lids for next week, or for next month, or even for next year!

PS- We have canning lid subscriptions if you are as avid a canner as us. So if you sign up, you'll never run low again!

We work very hard to keep all of our Denali Lids in stock 24/7. Our team of dedicated canners (also known as our 'employees,' but employees is less fun of a word) make sure to work around the clock to produce as many lids as our patrons are in need of. Especially, during a canning supply shortage, because if you can't Can, then life just doesn't seem to be quite right—at least we think so!

Right now, if a quantity for a certain pack of Lids says "out of stock" you should come back in a few days, and they'll be back in stock! If not, reach out to us :)

WHERE ARE DENALI LIDS MADE?

Denali Lids are the only quality lids available in stores, and online, throughout the USA that are currently made in China. Other “canning” companies may try to sell you false-seal products that can affect you harvest, fresh hunt, and everything else you’ll can. This is a huge issue, and you don’t want to let your jars go bad! Make sure you only purchase high quality seals from companies like us here at Denali, or, when available, you can also purchase big name brands—although their prices are going a bit bonkers as of recent.
  
Denali’s team is primarily in the US, but some of our team also works overseas. We are working hard in the background (you can get updates on our private FB group) with our US engineering team. Our engineers are working on the setup of top-of-the-line equipment for our newest facility here in the states, that way we can have a smooth transition to USA Made Lids + Rings soon! It’s not quite as easy as it seems to setup up a manufacturing facility in the US, but it sure as heck will be worth it!
  
Right now, our warehouse with some small levels of our production and packaging are based in the Greater Philadelphia region, but when all is ready to go, our plan is now to expand our production further from the northeast, and form larger presences with facilities in Midwest USA as well as further South, and we plan to hire additional warehouse staff, machinists, managers and more out there. Please keep an eye out for job openings on our site over the summer of 2022!

Just ordered some awesome Denali Lids? Great!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may check the progress of your order through the email we send you once we ship your products out. You will receive an email notification containing tracking info when your order has been shipped, fulfilled, etc.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us through our email on the website to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to correct your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Products will have information on shipping times on your order, but most products ship within 1 business day and take 3 business days to arrive. We pride ourselves in very fast shipments!

Newly added products or on sale products may take between 7-12 days for high demand, to perform proper packaging & shipment. During special holidays, orders may take longer to be processed.

Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday - Friday.Sometimes orders may arrive later than expected due to COVID, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

Most orders shipped within the United States will be delivered via USPS. Please check the mailbox or front door for your package.

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN LOVE WITH THE PRODUCT?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact us to let us know what went wrong and how we can make it right! :) . In addition please fill out our customer resolution form here: Customer Resolution Center 

Refund requests are possible, but please contact us within a 90-day period after purchase. For your refund to be processed, you will be responsible for returning the item in its condition. Thanks, and reach out to us if you have any other questions.

Your payment method will be credited back after we receive your returned item. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. It may typically take up to 5-9 business days for your account to be credited. Contact your bank if it takes longer, to find out how long it takes for refunds to be posted.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

At this time, you can give us a call during normal business hours (9am-5pm) and we'll process your order through one of our team members! Orders placed over the phone are secure, and all credit data is encrypted with AES 256-bit SSL once entered on our site.

WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

All private customer information, unrelated to your purchase or order information, that you share with us is kept completely private and confidential. We do not rent or sell data.
