I'm a beginner in the canning world, I watched my mom, grandma and aunt can just about everything while growing up but I never did it myself. This pressure canner makes it so easy. Since receiving it last week, I have canned 20 qrt jars of sauce in 3 batches all in one day (my mom's canner is half the size) and just as many of assorted jams. I have so many more things yet to do. I love this canner!! I have already recommended it to friends.

Took a while to get my pressure to 10 pounds but once I did that it’s worked perfect ever since I really enjoy canning all my Denali pressure canner
This was my first time pressure canning meat and it went perfectly. I've done 15 qt of beef so far. And every one sealed no problem. I couldn't believe how simple it was. And we'll be canning more in the near future.
My Tanker is amazing!! It’s so easy to use a safe. Customer service is also amazing they are there to help an so kind in doing so. I’m now canning tomatoes a who food in a jar! An everything I have made thus far has sealed. Thank you Denali for such an awesome pressure canner!!
Item arrived with a completely broken handle and upon contacting the assistance email they offered to replace the handle but I would need to install it myself. Not really comfortable replacing anything on a pressurized device. Been getting ignored for two weeks now.

2nd year canning, 1st time using Denali lids and rings. Had a few lid failures last year canning oranges, but so far so good with the Denali lids!
There has been no communication since I ordered. Disappointed to hear may 16th orders have not been fullfilled. Here we are into July before May orders receive their canners. I can only imagine when my June order will arrive with canning to do..the excitement of the canner is now gone..I will need to purchase another one elsewhere to pressure can this season. Disappointed!
When I went to use my canner I realized I was missing the dial guage. I'm not sure if I misplaced it when unboxing or if it wasn't sent with the canner. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and shipped a new guage out free of charge! I tried the canner on beans and pea soup and it is so easy to use. The weight keeps the pressure steady without having to adjust the burner temp during the entire processing time. I have tried the Presto canner and noticed the pressure slowly climbing throughout processing despite decreasing burner to the lowest setting so the weighted guage on the Denali really helped fix this issue. Being able to skip the 10 minute venting was also convenient. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of this canner and look forward to continue using it to preserve my food. The only worry I have is that the website is out of replacement parts frequently so if something breaks then it isn't as easy to replace as some of the other well-known brands.
I’m totally satisfied with my new Tanker! I began my canning journey about 20 years ago by canning salmon using my dad’s aluminum pressure canner. It worked well until I transitioned to an induction stove. I did some research landing on the Denali Tanker as the best option. It was like Christmas around here when I received my order and canned our recent trout catch. I’m now looking forward to expanding my canning to soups, stews and beans.
I have never pressure canned before, so was a little nervous but between the videos and instruction book, I had no problem. I still had questions, so messaged Denali and had answers within 24 hours. My only suggestion for Denali would be to have a different color for the 5# and 10# rockers. They are identical and even weigh the same. Next up on my pressure canning will be Taco Soup!
First time canner here. This was so easy to set up and use. I love that it can be used as a water bath or pressure canner!
Used for the first time last night to can corn. First time I’ve used a pressure cooker and it couldn’t have went any smoother. Easy to use. I actually bought two and received both. Just waiting on my free lids and I’m definitely telling everyone about this canner. Here’s a picture of my 12 pints of corn.
Boxes and canner arrived with damage and both boxes had been re-taped. Still waiting to hear from customer service if the canner will be replaced, as I paid for a new product, not a damaged one.
I haven't canned anything yet but I did do 2 practice runs with just water to get a feel for the process (new to pressure canning) The Tanker is SOLID! Even my husband was impressed! He even bought me an induction cook plate for it! Feels heavy duty, the handles feel sturdy and the gage and weights are easy to use. Can't wait for my garden to grow!

Did beef for the first time in years! Opened a jar last night and it was better than I remember as a kid!!! So excited for my next canning adventure.
This was my very first time pressure canning and I was scared. My husband kept saying, don’t blow us up, which didn’t help. But honestly, it was not very scary at all. Half of my jars didn’t seal but that was because my headspace was off, I think. I rescanned the ones that didn’t seal and was more confident and successful. I’m anxious to can more. I started simple with some bone broth out of my freezer. Next I’m gonna can b baked beans. I’d also like to can stew and chicken. I really like the Tanker, it takes the guess work and worry out!

First one I got was defective. But called them and they reshiped another one. Have not used it yet but will be in a few days.
Wow, I am SO impressed! This is my first time so I started slow. I smoked the best of eight Trout then packed 16 half-pint jars - dropped a jalapeño pepper slice in 10 of those. I added a full gallon to the pot and processed 110 minutes at 10 PSI. Success on EVERY JAR! I’m planning the next process for next week - oysters and sardines. Can’t wait!
I love my new Denali Tanker. I really wish it had come with two racks instead of the lids. Although the price for a second one is only 12.99, you're SOLD OUT. In order to use this to the fullest capacity from the get go a second rack would have been a 5 STAR review. Currently just waiting, and hoping they become available soon.
It’s a great big awesome pot! I water bath canned in it first. I’ll be pressure canning in it today. I’m happy with the purchase.
The lids sealed 100%
Lids are fantastic, packaging is horrible. It’s like someone drop kicked the boxes across the entire factory floor before they gently placed them in the box to ship. I was going to gift these to my daughter in law, but 4 boxes of lids were badly damaged. I know this didn’t happen during shipping, the outer box they were shipped in was perfectly fine. I emailed all this info the day I got them but have heard nothing.

I haven’t had the canner long but already love it. First time using the lids and already very impressed. Good quality and not flimsy. Very obvious with the middle button to be able to see they sealed. I will definitely be ordering more.
The two racks for the Tanker pressure canner are great! I used one rack canning with large mouth pint jars. I could fit eight jars on the bottom layer and seven jars in the top layer. I also was able to use both racks at once with three layers of 1/2 pint regular mouth jars on the bottom and 1/4 pint regular mouth jars on the middle and top layers. I love it!!
First one arrived damaged in shipping, the plastic shipping bag did not survive UPS. While it did take a few weeks, likely due to the Christmas holiday season, I was shipped a replacement with better packaging. Can't wait for my first double stacked batch.
